Haha, I admit! I am a total slacker in blogging. I am so lazy, I dun hv the determination to blog tht frequent... so sorry.... so this post is like a catch up of everything I din blog about yet....

1) Last Weekend:

One of my bf's fren, Choon Yee celebrated his bday in Sunway Lagoon... Its like my 2nd time this year and only after a month.We got the discounted ticket, only cost about 32 if not mistaken to go all park, if u dun hv a voucher it will cause like around 47.90 crazy rite? It's just because they have this wildlife park and extreme park now. I dun even knw where the extreme park is haha:) And the wildlife park is like a very very mini zoo. No pics on this yet cause its not my camera... The memorable moments:

We we at the wave pool and there was this Dj giving out free stuff if the public did wht he told.

Dj: The 1st couple with the bf carrying the gf all the way up will win a price.

For 2 mins.. nobody went... then I found out Choon Yee and Ket Nyin(his gf) was missing

Choon Yee was actually carrying Ketnyin all the way up to the stage... omg how sweet is tht

Me: Awww..... Choon Yee really did that ar so sweet lar they two...

KS: You think Fok dunwan meh? He tak larat carry you only..

Me: Swt... Fine I knw I am heavy.... :(

My bf frens can't seem to stop ejeking me, for no reason I am the victim always!!!!!

After a tiring day, with a very empty stomach, headed to Yuen steamboat buffet.

As i din hv a camera, I am going to take pictures taken by other ppl :)

Superyummylicious very the delicious chicken wings. You just can't get enough of this.

When we arrived, the chicken wings aso kena sapu finish adi, so we were waiting. Then talking about how we need to wait for the chicken wings and always within minutes taken by other people.
Lady Boss: Eh, chicken wings coming out adi...
Kang, Joey, Ketnyin within a second got up from the chair, grabbed a plate and scooped as many chicken wings as we can. Never ate so many chicken wings at one shot b4 man...
" BBQ Chicken Wings, Since young I like to eat.." ( translate to Cantonese)
The other food was normal lar like any steamboat would hv, but they hv plenty seafood.. I wonder if the seafood was tht cheap anot to give free flow??? We had so much seafood in the pot, tht in the end my tom yam tasted so salty..yucks....

2) This Weekend
On Saturday, I went out with my boy boy to Bangsar Village

I saw a Star review on Marmalade cafe at Bangsar Village which i decided to give a try. I just love to try new stuffs.

The shop is painted in white paint with some drawings on the wall.. I thought it will be in orange since the name is Marmalade..

I ordered:

Avocado salad

Mushroom Bruschetta

Adventures of Arabia (lamb sandwich)

Haha, I only remembered to take the pic of the 2nd dish.Others, halfway eating only remembered so couldn't be bothered to take the pic cuz it looks ugly.

Mushroom Bruschetta
It's seriously very yummy the mushroom is like so tasty. I dunno how they cook but one bite, it's like in heaven.

The food I would say overall maybe 7/10. It has a healthy concept with alot of variety of salads. Even the lamb with the foccacia bread has salad too. There are alot of juices also all with different combination. I tired the strawberry blended with yogurt and honey. My bf tried the watermelon with ginger and mint. Wanted to try the carrot cake but couldn't fit anymore.. will try it next time. They hv other desserts tht are quite attractive too. But the prices are not cheap.. it's rather pricey.

Later I went for Body Combat Class haha again... told ya I'm in love with it. It makes you feel like your in those shaolin temple practising kung fu... haiyak! Body Combat classes can never stop to amuse me. 1st there was this guy jumping so high, then there was another guy with a serious face and fighting like he is with his worst enemy. That intense look was really scary.... Then there were others who wana act like Bruce Lee with all the sounds and move... its just plainly amusing :) My bf, hahah also was amusing me with all his wrong moves... when we kick right, he kick left and vice versa... Best thing was. the instructor was always correcting him, so the whole class knew haha my bf can't stop cursing the instructor after tht for embarrassing him... ( and I am so bad laughing here) It's going to be ok.. just few more classes you can do it yeah!!

My Weekend

Ok I am suppose to be studying for my quiz now, but here I writing this post :) lazy joey..

I watched Mr Bean on Friday, was ok though at least better then Norbit. It can indeed make u feel like a kid again.. And France is so beautiful.. I wish I was there now... serenading the moment... *smacks head*, back to reality:
Saturday morning had to wake up early to go cycling in Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam.

On our bikes and ready to go..

Cycling down hill was very fun with the wind blowing thru.. but wht goes down must come up eh... It was jus so torturing to cycle up the steep road.Its like how hard u paddled,u only moved like 5 cms.... Wth!!!

But I am still proud of myself, I didn't stop to push the bicycle up, I cycled all the way up *clap clap*..It's even harder then going gym classes for 3 hours.One fren of mine was like an active monkey, din seem to get tired and all and making all the stuns to entertain us.. He taught the guys to sit one sided so it wouldn't hurt *ops,sensitive*

Should hv caught him doing those stupid moves.

My butt was seriously hurting after I went home. * In need of cushion padding here or cellulite pls* It was a fun outing tough and it burns fats too more importantly.

-Pusing Public Restaurant

I went back to Batu Gajah on Sunday to celebrate my popo's birthday. So we went to this big Chinese restaurant at Ipoh. Is like Tai Thong or Overseas in Ipoh.

The 1st dish.......

'Sei Yi Fan' ( Four type of appetizers)

I didn't knw this dish can be so grand wei.. when the waitress was bringing the dish out, all heads turn.. too bad can see cannot eat haha. It's all going down my stomach..

Uncle: The lobster is mine... is all mine

Aunty: Ohhh The lobster is so big... so delicious...

Lobster: Help me... Help me....Pls dun eat me

After this dish I was actually, 50% full adi...

"EG Lo Mai Fan". (This could certainly add some cellulite on my butt)

- Roast Suckling Pig with Sticky Rice-

1st, you take the crsipy skin.
2nd you take the bun and open in into half

3rd you spread the 'tim cheung' over the bun

4th put the crispy skin and some green colur vege (alwiz come with it but not sure wht is called) inside the bun

There you go, the best way to eat EG.. the EG hamburger

Stomach = 70% full

'Tung ku Hoi Sam'

-Sea Cucumber with Mushroom-

I personally dun really fancy sea cucumber, so this dish din really turn my appetite on. Well the mushroom ans the sauce is nice.

'Kon Chin Har Lok' ( special fried prawns)

This must be the best, big fat prawns (and i means really big) fried with soy sauce and oil. The prawn was so fresh and combined with the sauce it tasted so good..

The best part was the prawn's head.. The 'har ko' ( should it be prawn's brain in English?.. no idea on tht).. was so nice flowing out from the head... Yummylicious.. Till it's finger licking good.

Stomach = 80% full

"Leung Mei Yu" ( Two taste fish )

The two taste fish is alright tough. One is abit sour with black pepper the other one is fried with garlic and onion... Ate one piece only..my stomach couldn't take it anymore.

Last dish, longevity noodle haha a must for Chinese birthdays. I can only afford to eat one bite.Anymore my stomach will burst.

But of cuz there is alwiz room for desserts rite. The usual Chinese dessert was, 'fa shang wu' (peanut tong sui), 'sau pau' (lotus bun) and of cuz 'wo pang' (urm fried biscuit with lotus??)

The wo peng was cold adi so not nice how sad...

Total fats gain = uncountable...

There goes my work out again......"Niau, niau niau niau niau , niau niau niau...

( in case u wondering what that 'niau' is... its a classic sad rhythm used in Chinese movies.. u knw the er hu sound?)

Mizu, Japanese Fine Dining

Ok after much persuasions by Mel, I am going to write the review of this restaurant without pictures!!!!!! I forgot to bring my camera so I used my bro'gf hp which seem more high tech so I assumed high tech hp means can load the pics to comp lar... But aih some software problem or wht not,cant at the moment but will continue to try.. so I crossed my fingers and hope the pictures will come. If not, this will be a super duper boring post.
I went to Mizu in Bangsar Village yday nite to celebrate my bro's promotion so of cuz my bro paid lar :)
1st dish was potato salad... ok the name seems dull and boring but its actually quite nice and d portion was fairly big enough to feed 6 mouths
( u see without pic how not interesting it seems!)
2nd was the fresh Salmon belly, omg this is the best sashimi i ever eaten it practically melts in your mouth keep u wanting for more!
3rd- the tepanyaki sirloin beef not tht special but still good
4th- The Tempura. Maybe the best i eaten so far, fried to perfection the prawn was so fresh too.. yum yum!!
5th- Mizu Roll the name seem good enough adi rite.. it its a sushi with fried prawn tempura wrapped with rice then topped up with unagi and avocado... My popo loved it..She said she was full but then She ate the roll in one bite! ( U see never trust a popo)
6th- Garlic Fried Rice , abit plain and simple so nth to describe
7th- Saba fish, according to my bro it was much nicer the other time, but haha it seem nice enough for me adi. My popo eating the fish head until finger licking good :)
8th- Udon, the udon was jus right and the soup was simply best. Its very soothing.
Ok last but not least of cuz desserts!!!
We had the black sesame ice cream, green tea ice cream and tiramisu with green tea sauce.
The black sesame ice cream was the best of all... tiramisu ( one word of advise dun order!) haha green tea ice cream was normal la..
So end up with a very fully stomach and price range around rm64 per person. Good food and enviroment.

1st time posting really make me nervous.. i mean how to bloggers do it blog everything in their life..Maybe I am just scare of humiliation hahaha totally self-conscious Joey. Well let me start with the most recent event. I am actually loving body combat now.. imagine doing flying kicks in the air. hahah that will be cool huh like those in the movies.. but sadly I dun even knw how to kick properly now

Imagine if i could do that.. waha i become the flying kick joey hahahah...Should stop my fantasy adi.. My 1st body combat in gym was realli good we had to do kicks and punches and upper cut n wht not, there's even Muay Thai (the thai boxing).

- I couldn't find the link of the muay thai pic so i decided to remove it. Suddenly i thought about copyright issues in using pictures by other websites. I think its against the copy right law to take pictues from other websites without permission.. haha so the scared Joey decided to take away pictures that I can't find the link--

I dragged my bf and fren to the class, my bf's 1st class in gym :) Now I knw y he dun join classes, cuz he is alwiz slower by a beat hahaha ok sorry dear it's a bit embarrassing... My other fren has this confusing look on his face and sometimes he laughs to himself, hrm I wonder why.. I am not tht good either, my stamina couldn't catch up with the pace.. Someone should supply me a tank of oxygen. The gal in front of me share the same difficulties too haha so we were smiling at each other.Then there were others, who like so semangat shouting and screaming and made perfect jumps. One guy jumped so high I thought he was goin to hit the lights. At the end I was so exhausted and when I thought i could finally rest...

We had to do push ups and sit ups.I raised my white flag. I cant even do push ups on a normal day.How possible could i do it now after the class.. Me and the gal jus gave up and rested on the mat :) But it was really enjoying and I cant wait for the next class. The next Joey Lee :)
